Hobitu requests some personal information from you (name, age, interests, email, etc.) in order to provide better service to its customers.
The information collected on Hobitu servers is used solely within Hobitu for periodic campaign efforts, the design of special promotional activities tailored to customer profiles, and customer "classification" efforts to prevent unwanted emails.
Hobitu does not share the information collected from membership forms with third parties without the member's knowledge or contrary instruction, nor does it use or sell this information for commercial purposes unrelated to its activities.
In addition to the personal information requested through email addresses and membership forms, Hobitu analyzes and interprets visitor movements and preferences during site usage.
These statistical data, which do not contain personal information, may be shared with Hobitu's business partners to provide customers with a more personalized and effective shopping experience.
Customer information may only be disclosed to official authorities when such information is requested through legal procedures, and in cases where Hobitu is required to disclose information according to the provisions of applicable mandatory legislation. Only the Customer can access and change all the information they enter into the system; it is not possible for others to access or modify this information.
The credit card information requested on the payment page is not stored on the servers of Hobitu or its service providers in any way to ensure the highest level of security for you, our valued customers. This way, all payment-related transactions are conducted between the bank and your computer through the Hobitu interface.
Our members have the right to inquire whether their personal data is being processed and to request information regarding their processed personal data, including:
- Learning the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are being used accordingly.
- Knowing third parties to whom personal data has been transferred domestically or abroad.
- Requesting correction of personal data if it is incomplete or inaccurately processed.
- Requesting deletion or destruction of personal data under the conditions prescribed by relevant legislation.
- Requesting notification of the correction, deletion, or destruction of personal data to third parties to whom the data has been transferred.
- Objecting to a result that is unfavorable to the person arising from the analysis of processed data exclusively through automated systems.
- Requesting compensation for damages suffered due to unlawful processing of personal data.
Hobitu may provide a reasoned positive or negative response to the above requests in written or digital form. If the requested processes involve a cost, it is possible to charge a fee based on the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board in accordance with Article 13 of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data.
